Language notice. Reference English translation. The legally binding text is the Ukrainian version at /ua/umovy-korystuvannya. In case of discrepancy, the Ukrainian version prevails.

1. General

1.1. These Terms govern the use of the website https://lumino-lab.com (the Site), owned by Individual Entrepreneur Artem Serhiiovych Hryhoriev (RNOKPP 3613710153).

1.2. By using the Site you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

1.3. The terms of purchase are set out separately in the Public Offer Agreement.

2. Purpose of the Site

2.1. The Site exists to present the LuminoLab children's creative set and to accept orders for it.

2.2. The Site contains interactive elements (a drawing demonstration, a 3D unboxing animation) provided for illustration only. They are not an exact reproduction of the product's properties.

3. Intellectual property

3.1. All material on the Site — the LuminoLab name and logo, design, texts, product photographs, illustrations, video, animations, source code, structure and layout — is intellectual property of the Owner or used by the Owner on lawful grounds, and is protected by the Law of Ukraine "On Copyright and Related Rights".

3.2. Without the Owner's written permission you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish or commercially exploit material from the Site, use the LuminoLab name or logo, or create derivative works.

3.3. You may, without separate permission, browse the Site, save pages for personal non-commercial use, and share links to the Site on social media and in messengers.

3.4. Non-commercial quotation is permitted provided the source is credited and an active hyperlink to the relevant page is included.

4. Rules of use

4.1. You must not: disrupt the Site's operation (including DDoS attacks, malicious code or unauthorised access attempts); use automated tools (bots, scrapers) for mass data collection; place orders using false data or in another person's name without their consent; use the Site for unlawful activity; or circumvent technical restrictions and protections.

4.2. The Owner may restrict access for anyone breaching these Terms, without prior notice.

5. Accuracy of information

5.1. The Owner makes reasonable efforts to keep information on the Site complete, accurate and current.

5.2. Product colours in photographs may differ slightly from the original because of your screen settings. This is not a product defect.

5.3. The Owner may change the Site's content, range, prices and availability at any time without notice. This does not affect orders already confirmed.

5.4. If you spot an inaccuracy in a product description, please tell us at info@lumino-lab.com.

6. Availability and liability

6.1. The Owner does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site, which may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, equipment failure, provider actions or force majeure.

6.2. The Owner is not liable for losses arising from inability to access the Site, save where the law provides otherwise.

6.3. These limitations do not apply to the Owner's obligations as seller under concluded contracts of sale and do not limit consumer rights guaranteed by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection".

7. Third-party links

The Site links to the Owner's Instagram, Facebook and YouTube pages and redirects to payment service pages. The Owner does not control and is not responsible for third-party content.

8. Personal data and cookies

Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy; the use of cookies by the Cookie Policy.

9. Changes

The Owner may amend these Terms. The new version takes effect upon publication on the Site. Continued use after publication means you accept the changes.

10. Governing law

10.1. These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine.

10.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, by the courts of Ukraine.
